Grilled Octopus – with roasted sea salt mini potatoes and citrus infused collared greens

Porco com Pimenta – Pork au poivre, tenderloin medallions in a brandy peppercorn cream sauce  served with Mediterranean couscous and sautéed vegetables

 

Dessert

Pastel de Nata – Typical Portuguese pastry made with a authentic custard in puff pastry, with a cinnamon sprinkle

Pao de Lo de chcocolate – a moist chocolate cake, typical from the region of Aveiro in Portugal

Sauteed mushrooms with olives and tarragon over burrata cheese
